Christa Caceres, aged 52, is not just a candidate – she’s a wife, a mother, and a passionate community advocate. For 18 years, she and her husband Enrique have called Saw Creek Estates in Pike County’s Lehman Township their home. With a son attending East Stroudsburg High School, Christa will be the only Pike County Commissioner with a direct connection to our local public school system..
A Track Record of Service and Dedication
Christa’s record of service is exemplary. Presently, she sits on the boards of directors of the Greater Pike Community Foundation, Pocono Mountains United Way, and the Pocono Mountains Chamber of Commerce. Her role as Vice President of Saw Creek Estates Community Association, overseeing a vast residential community, attests to her organizational prowess.
She brings a wealth of experience, having worked as a Senior Constituent Advocate for U.S Representative Matt Cartwright (PA-8th District), aiding constituents navigate federal bureaucracies. Her commitment extends further with roles in community organizations such as Safe Haven of Pike County and the Monroe County NAACP.
A Vision for Progress and Unity
Christa Caceres holds a B.A. in Jurisprudence and an M.S. in Law and Public Policy from the California University of Pennsylvania, indicating her dedication to knowledge and understanding in order to better serve the community. Her commitment to unity and problem-solving is evident in her leadership of the Community Roundtable, which brings together law enforcement agencies to tackle community challenges.

Christa’s dedication has not gone unnoticed. She has been honored with awards such as the Pocono Mountains United Way’s 2022 Community Impact Award and the Martin Luther King Community Service Award from East Stroudsburg University in 2021.
